The Month May End. Hope Continues.

“Let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” — Galatians 6:9

LET'S KEEP THE CONVERSATION GOING

September may be ending, but suicide prevention, mental health support, and recovery do not end with the month.

This month, we were reminded to:

💚 Check on one another.
💚 Listen without judgment.
💚 Speak openly about mental health.
💚 Encourage people to seek help.
💚 Celebrate recovery.
💚 Choose compassion over stigma.
💚 Keep hope alive.

As a faith community, we believe prayer matters—and so does action. Sometimes being the hands and feet of God means making the call, offering a listening ear, connecting someone to resources, or simply staying present.

Don't let the conversation end with September. Check on someone today. Be a source of encouragement. Share a resource. Keep showing up.
