Depression Awareness Month: You Don't Have to Hide the Struggle

You are seen. You are valued. You do not have to walk through difficult moments alone.

“The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart.” — Psalm 34:18

Depression is Real.  Healing is Possible.  You Are Not Alone.
Depression can be difficult to talk about, and sometimes people hide their pain behind a smile.  It can affect how a person feels, thinks, sleeps, works, connects with others, and manages everyday life. Sometimes the struggle is hidden behind a smile. Awareness helps us recognize when someone may need support.

This month, let’s create space for honest conversations about emotional well-being. Reaching out for support is not a sign of weakness. It can be an important step toward healing.

Call to Action:
👉 Check on someone you love.
